SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail within 5 business days unless there is a holiday. Larger and more expensive items will be sent USPS Priority Mail.
We offer FREE shipping on all purchases of $50 or more for domestic orders.
PLEASE NOTE: All US packages will include tracking. If the item in scanned as delivered, a refund will not be provided. Once the item is in the hands of the USPS, I am no longer responsible for the item or items.
If the item is a custom request, it will be shipped within 10 days, unless other arrangements are made.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
USPS First Class International Mail will be used, which is not insured or tracked. If you would like tracking or insurance, please make sure you choose Priority Mail International when completing your order. I am not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that are charged upon delivery of your item.
Return & Exchange Policy
Jems by jess sales are final. We try to take very bright and clear photos of all handmade items to give a good representation of the product. Unless the item is damaged, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customer must email their concern with 5 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange, must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Jems by jess reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
